“I am a certified music therapist holding a Bachelor’s of Music Therapy. I have worked in a variety of settings and have worked with populations such as children with special needs, older adults, and clients in palliative care. With a client-centred approach, I use a variety of music-based techniques during my sessions. I am passionate about making music an accessible tool to all individuals, regardless of their level of musical skill or experience, or their life stage or situation. I believe that music is a powerful tool that can be used to help clients with physical and mental health goals, leading to an overall better quality of life.”
