Diba Anaraki | Registered Psychotherapist
I am a registered psychotherapist with over five years of experience supporting children, teenagers, adults, and families through a compassionate and collaborative approach to therapy. I believe that healing begins in a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, and I work from a client-centred framework that honors each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and goals.
My work integrates evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). With children and adolescents, I often use developmentally appropriate and creative interventions to support emotional expression, regulation, and coping skills. With adults and families, I focus on building insight, strengthening relationships, and developing practical tools to navigate life’s challenges.
I have experience working with a wide range of concerns, including emotional regulation, anxiety, behavioural challenges, self-esteem, life transitions, and relational difficulties. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
